I’m Travis “Moose” Mattair, proud Owner and Broker of Innerscope Realty.
When I founded Innerscope, my vision was simple: to create a brokerage that delivers elite service to clients while fostering a culture where agents feel genuinely supported—both professionally and personally. We operate with integrity, respect, and a commitment to constant growth. Our focus goes beyond just buying and selling homes—we aim to make a lasting, positive impact on every life we touch.
Real estate has been a life-changing journey for me and my family. I love what I do because it's rooted in building relationships, which I value above all else. My philosophy is straightforward: treat others the way I’d want to be treated, offer expert guidance, and make the buying or selling process as smooth, informed, and rewarding as possible.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent eight years playing professional baseball with the Phillies and Reds organizations, and wrapped up my career with the Braves. I was fortunate to play two seasons right here on the Gulf Coast with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos—where I’m still the franchise’s all-time home run leader and was named their First Baseman of the Decade. That chapter taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of teamwork—lessons I carry into every transaction.
My wife, Tyger, and I live in the Florida Panhandle with our 10-year-old son, who keeps us busy with his love for baseball, basketball, and rodeo. We also run MP Farms, our little slice of country life, home to horses, cows, chickens, goats, alpacas, tortoises—and yes, even a mini donkey.
