Me and my wife had the pleasure of working with Travis. He was very easy to work with and very helpful of finding us our new house. As we live out of town, we thought it might be hard to find someone to work with, but Travis made it easy as he adjusted his schedule to work with ours. Once we found the house to put an offer in on, he made it easy for us to know what we needed to do, when certain documents were needed and he was always fast to reply to all our questions! He went out of his way to assist us in assessing and advising us of ways to maximize the value of our home, and went even further by helping to connect to/facilitate ways for us to make home improvements. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Travis to us after he helped them find and purchase their first home. Travis was awesome in helping us find the perfect home. Always kept us updated on the status of homes that we were interested in, and most importantly was HONEST, he had no qualms letting us know about properties we should be wary of, and letting us know which ones weren't worth looking at based on what we were interested in. Once we found what we wanted he made sure to get the ball rolling on the inspections and closing paperwork. I could have swore I was annoying him with the sheer amount of texts sent to him but he was always happy to help and quick to reply. He was as excited for us as we were to get out of our old rental and into the home we have been dreaming of for the last two years.
