Trenesha is an amazing realtor! As first-time homebuyers who were purchasing from out of town during an incredibly fast-paced market, we had a lot of questions and Trenesha helped at every turn. Along with a virtual tour of the house, she even made the availability to give my wife and I a house-showing in person and a tour of the city with only a few days notice. She helped us feel very comfortable going forward with the home purchase although we were completely new to the area and coming from a different state. We are very thankful for her and our new home!

From our first encounter, Miss Trenesha has been a welcoming figure in the selling of our home. She is even assisting us in our land searching experience. She is highly organized, professional and does everything a step above the rest. Communication is key for her and she provides several modalities to make receiving information, signing documents etc as painless as possible.
At the start if our journey, we were on the fence of whether to hire a realtor vs selling the house ourselves in such a hot market. Miss Trenesha is worth it! We have no regrets and she marketed and sold our home for top dollar! Very pleased!

Words cannot express how wonderful our experience with our realtor, Trenesha Simpkins was during the purchase of our new home. Trenesha went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met when finding our home. During our home search we dealt with an extremely unprofessional realtor on the sellers end and Trenesha fought hard for us to make the transaction work. I had a fantastic experience with this very professional realtor. I encountered gross, untucked, stained, holey, T-shirt, sloppy, no-mask-wearing messes of realtors as far as the eye can see. In the search for a good person to represent my interests and goals when purchasing real estate, Ms Simpkins rose gleaming like a polished beckon in the midst of just ... Really where do these people come from? Why would you not expect professional, knowledgeable, pleasant service from an individual you are engaging to help you? Don't settle for less! Even if the realtor market in Oklahoma City wasn't, let's be real, just saturated with messy looking, unthoughtful, good ol boys in red hats I would be moved to tell y'all how profoundly pleased I am and satisfied with Ms Simpkins' assistance. First time buyer here. Overall she was wonderful. Our only hesitation for a 5 star rating was the input regarding neighborhoods with OKC true. We didn't mind researching(as we all should do) but we just expected her to know more regarding the specific neighborhoods in OKC, especially regarding our favorite shops.

But honestly, she's fantastic. Very responsive, awesome network of directly relevant personnel. Knows how to make a deal and has a professional level of expectation from sellers and buyers. Also, that girls got some style! We love her.

While buying my first home, Trenesha was very helpful to answer all my questions on the process and what to expect and explaining things as they came up or whenever I just had a question-- she was very responsive. At no point did I feel like I was waiting and wondering what was going on. I always felt like I was her most important customer every step of the way -- this is very important because buying a home is kind of a big deal for an individual and you don't want to feel like the person representing you doesn't think it's that important. Even while my ideas and perceptions of my own needs began to shift as I saw different properties and learned to read between the lines in their descriptions, Trenesha was adaptive and supportive and professional throughout the whole process.

Due to the very competitive home market at the time, we ended up rubbing shoulders with some other realtors in the area. Many looked like they just climbed off the tractor and had to show a house real quick before they got back to bailing hay or milking chickens or harvesting cow-eggs or worrying about whether the sheep have anthrax or what have you -- maybe they thought "ranch-style" meant "ranch". Trenesha, on the other hand, was always a cut above the rest -- she greatly distinguished herself by her manner and service. Working with her I always experienced professionalism and completeness and quality. She had the best "buyer's expectations" guide which was accurate and fair and she kept to it, making for no surprises, which I greatly appreciated.

Trenesha's experience was evident in her ready knowledge of the answers to the vast majority of my questions and patience to expertly explain them to me -- I am a person who prefers to trust sound explanations over reassurances, and Trenesha was always willing to accommodate me and kept me in the loop on everything. I especially appreciated that in the one or two instances she didn't know something offhand, she was forthright about it and offered to go find out promptly, rather than dismissing it as unimportant or beneath her, which greatly increased my trust. When I didn't understand something she was always gracious and patient about the matter and never made me feel like I shouldn't be asking questions.

Trenesha made herself available at every opportunity to further the home search accommodating my working schedule, and in the presence of any scheduling conflict, she ensured I had all the relevant information and was taken care of by arranging for a team member to assist, and at no point was I left standing around while the very busy market sailed forth without me. I will certainly give Trenesha first consideration on my next home buying or selling adventure as well as recommend her to all my friends.

She found us our home quickly and had shown she wasn’t just fumbling around. Trenesha helped us tremendously buying our house first and selling our house 2 years later when we needed to relocate quickly due to family needs. She walked us through the process, was transparent, and sold our house when we had a good offer (was not just trying to rush to sell), better than what we thought we would get. She worked with our schedule for showings advise us about all details to make sure our house was ready to be sold and was really professional. Even when we had to be out of town, she will make sure our home was safe during showing and worked with us so paperworks were done online and arranged everything else to be done in our relocated house so we don’t have to travel back.
