We encountered difficulties with the closing on the seller's side, and Trenton and his team guided us throughout the entire process. He took the time to paint rooms and do the little things they don’t have to do but know it will help with the purchase. This year, my wife and I decided to list our house after we found something a little bigger for our family.

When I say he will do EVERYTHING to get your home sold, that’s exactly it. Everything. There is no above and beyond. He will top that. As a home inspector I work with a lot of realtors that are fabulous. When I decided to sell my home I quickly realized Trenten was who I needed to use. Before I even listed my home he helped me through so many situations regardless if he was to be my realtor or not. This many worked hard and I mean hard for us. I could never thank him enough for taking care of us and our home through what seemed to be the most stressful situation ever, he was always the calmest person in the room and ALWAYS had a solution! I didn't want to leave one star but I wanted to work with the best in the area and it seems that Trent has earned his reputation of being very capable. My review is based on not ever getting a chance to form an honest opinion and that's a shame.

FAST FORWARD!
We are making settlement on a house on May 23rd and NONE of that would have been possible without Trenton Hammond! He worked hard to get us into a house that we are really excited to move to and it wasn't easy! The market being what it is currently and the extenuating circumstances of trying to buy a house while facing low inventory and a lot of competition made it nerve wracking and even with several disappointments Trent never wavered and kept working for us and made us confident that even though we were faced with having to be out of our house soon we were going to be okay: he was right! I can't thank him and his staff enough for their help and they have our gratitude and thanks!

we were doing all the work and getting nowhere. There were not many responses and no showings. When we found Trenten, the whole process was different. From the beginning he began to work for us. There were viewings almost immediately, the photos were amazing , he had already placed our home on multiple media platforms within a day of signing our contract. Trenton and his lovely wife kept in touch with us during the whole process , letting us know what he was doing and answering any questions we had. We had our house on the market on the back end/beginning of 2020-2021. It was an absolute nightmare experience. There were issues we were aware of that just kept scaring potential buyers away. After several months and several price drops, we’ll below what we were hoping for, we decided to take it off the market for a while and test our luck at a meter time. So glad we did. Our home was listed, sold, and closed in 32 days. Yes, only 32 days! This was our first experience with Trenten as our realtor. Trenten was extremely professional and exceeded our expectations. We can’t say enough about his knowledge of the real estate market. Trenten used a drone to take phenomenal pictures of the lake access and docks with our home. He was very attentive to us. Trent was recommended to us by a family friend, and he did not disappoint. Me, being a first time home buyer, I didn’t really know what to expect. At first, my husband and I would send Trent listings we thought we liked and wanted to see. Almost immediately, he would get us a showing or tell us straight up what we wouldn’t like about such place. He ended up getting us a contract for a brand new construction and basically allowing us to build the home of our dreams(within our budget!!). My wife and I decided to go out on a limb and try to buy our first home. We didn’t really know much at all about the process and was two nervous wrecks about it and very overwhelmed by everything people would tell us about the process. But, we got in touch with Trenten and he immediately went to work and eased the feeling of being overwhelmed. Trenten searched non stop for us a home. Even late in the day he would send us suggestions based on what we were looking for which tells me a lot about his character. It honestly didn’t take any time at all to find the one we wanted and we viewed it late one evening and out in an offer that night and Trenten was quick to get us all the paper work and walked us through it all. Everyone tells horror stories about the buying process, but it was really simple with him. I’ve talked to a number of realtors before and they sort of treat you as just a number, Trenten definitely doesn’t . He’s honest and trustworthy with his word. He actually cares about what you are investing in.
