I can confidently say I’ve never met another realtor or team that even comes close to Trenten and his group. I was immediately met with next level professionalism. They made small changes to the exterior of my home for curb appeal, hired a professional photographer, videographer, and marketing team to ensure my property was reaching every possible buyer and market.

Buying your first home can be so overwhelming. There is so much to consider. I met with Trenten and gave him a list of what I was looking for and the location I would like to be in. He gave me ideas and things to think about before we even began to search for my new home. After finding the home that checked all the boxes Trenten and his team went right to work to make it happen. I was so nervous but they were all there to guide, direct and reassure me every step of the way. With buying an older home there were things that needed addressed and Trenten helped me navigate the decisions and details. He put it plainly. He said “if you were my mom buying this home these are the things we need to get resolved!” I felt safe with that. He was looking out for me. I can’t thank him and Jamie enough. Amanda was in the midst helping and keeping me up to date on new information and Josh from the mortgage company worked tirelessly to keep me motivated. Paula really poured her heart into some last minute financial hurdles and with that I am now sitting on the front porch enjoying the comfort of my new home. We are making settlement on a house on May 23rd and NONE of that would have been possible without Trenton Hammond! He worked hard to get us into a house that we are really excited to move to and it wasn't easy! The market being what it is currently and the extenuating circumstances of trying to buy a house while facing low inventory and a lot of competition made it nerve wracking and even with several disappointments Trent never wavered and kept working for us and made us confident that even though we were faced with having to be out of our house soon we were going to be okay: he was right! We had our house on the market on the back end/beginning of 2020-2021. It was an absolute nightmare experience. There were issues we were aware of that just kept scaring potential buyers away. After several months and several price drops, we’ll below what we were hoping for, we decided to take it off the market for a while and test our luck at a meter time. So glad we did. We were recommended Trenten through a friend, along with his fantastic track record, and he was the best thing to happen to our house selling dreams. He jumped in immediately and put in the work to fix the issues we had in the past. As soon as we found our next home, he listed and had countless showings within the first day, including several offers. In the end, we sold for WELLLLL over what we ever thought we would, and he helped keep the entire process smooth sailing. Trent was recommended to us by a family friend, and he did not disappoint. Me, being a first time home buyer, I didn’t really know what to expect. At first, my husband and I would send Trent listings we thought we liked and wanted to see. My wife and I decided to go out on a limb and try to buy our first home. We didn’t really know much at all about the process and was two nervous wrecks about it and very overwhelmed by everything people would tell us about the process. But, we got in touch with Trenten and he immediately went to work and eased the feeling of being overwhelmed. Trenten searched non stop for us a home. Even late in the day he would send us suggestions based on what we were looking for which tells me a lot about his character. It honestly didn’t take any time at all to find the one we wanted and we viewed it late one evening and out in an offer that night and Trenten was quick to get us all the paper work and walked us through it all. Everyone tells horror stories about the buying process, but it was really simple with him. I’ve talked to a number of realtors before and they sort of treat you as just a number, Trenten definitely doesn’t . He’s honest and trustworthy with his word. He actually cares about what you are investing in.
