This is the fifth home we have purchased with a realtor, and I don't think we will ever work with anyone other than Tressa and her team ever again! It was by far the smoothest transaction we've ever had, both on the buying and the selling side. They were incredibly responsive, reliable, professional, and met or exceeded any expectations we had. It truly felt like we were part of the same team, which was VERY important to us. Plus, Tressa and her team were enjoyable to be around! We felt very comfortable with them all, and they provided an exceptional experience from the first time we met until both of our houses closed -- and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough. Of the four or five agents we've worked with, Tressa and her team are head and shoulders above the rest. Not even a close second.

We could not be happier with The Ellis Team. Tressa represented us when we bought our house and did everything she could to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. She handled everything from recommending a good mortgage company to finding an inspector, a home warranty and even getting the closing moved one day to prevent us from closing on Friday the 13th. We cannot recommend her enough.

We chose Tressa to be our Realtor back in 2016. I had done a bunch of research for highly rated Realtors and her name kept popping up. So I sent her an email and within 10 minutes got a response and she was ready to get started. The buying process was a night mare because the seller of the home we wanted was literally a crazy old woman but that's another story. But Tressa's side of things went so smoothly and she helped navigate a very stressful time and went to bat for us. She explained things, took her time, helped deal with the mortgage company etc. When we finally closed on our home and moved in she even got us a house warming gift and a card. She has also reached out through the years since on special occasions. You won't find a better realtor who views people as people and not a means to a pay check. Don't hesitate to call her. You won't regret it.
