About Trevor

Born and raised on the sandy beaches of New Jersey, Trevor made the move to the Lone Star state in 2012 after being drafted by the Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League. After several seasons with the IceRays organization and serving as the team's Assistant Captain for three seasons, Trevor decided to step away from the game of hockey, sitting on top of the team's record book for 'Most Games Played.'

Following a successful hockey career, Trevor decided to continue a family tradition of helping people buy and sell real estate in Austin, Texas. Throughout his real estate career, Trevor has built a reputation amongst his clients that centers around his honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the home buying and selling process.

After just two years in the real estate industry, Trevor was awarded the Five Star Rising Star Award for his customer satisfaction and was featured in Texas Monthly Magazine for his accomplishment. This award is given to the top 40 agents in Central Texas out of 26,000+ eligible candidates who rank in the top 1% of real estate agents with less than 5 years in the industry, for exceptional customer service. After helping 49 people buy and sell a home last year alone, Trevor ranked third among team-based agents within the largest franchise brokerage in the world before deciding to make the move to Realty Austin.

Since starting his real estate career in 2018, Trevor has helped over one hundred people successfully buy and sell a home around the city of Austin. The decision to join Realty Austin was an exciting move for Trevor, and one that he believes will benefit his clients in the ever-changing real estate industry with technology at the forefront. While technology plays a crucial part in the industry, Trevor believes customer service and precise communication will always be at the core of a successful transaction.

When not at the office, you can find Trevor enjoying his time on the lake, attending concerts, or traveling to destinations around the world.

Our experience with Trevor Heuser at Realty Austin (Southwest) is beyond words. He was a successful sales representative for us when we sold our home back in August, 2020. We had quite the experience with our buyers and Trevor never once winched at the hurdles that came along, always rolling up his sleeves to drive solutions. When I was unsuccessful at landing our new home for purchase, after two years of attempting in an extraordinarily competitive neighborhood, I reached out to Trevor desperate for his help to represent us as buyers. He left no stone unturned and found a diamond in the rough for us. His negotiation skills were instrumental in helping us score a sweet deal on our forever home. Trevor and his team went above and beyond decorating our patio with the perfect touch for our closing celebrations.
