About Trevor

Trevor loves being a St. Louis Realtor® and having the opportunity to help guide home buyers and sellers through one of the most essential aspects of living, moving from a current home or creating a new one. It starts with him making space for his clients to discover their highest intention for whatever their goals may be buying, selling, or investing. His artistic nature, along with years of experience as an operations manager, allow him to hold his clients vision with the ability to execute the multitude of detailed actions required to make for a smooth transaction and overall enjoyable experience.

A native of St. Louis, Trevor grew up in both North and West County. After graduating Chaminade College Prep, Trevor studied finance before moving to New York City to pursue a career in the arts. While in NY, he modeled for various high end fashion companies and studied theatre with famed acting coach, Susan Batson. After two years on the east coast, Trevor made his way to Los Angeles where he landed leading and costarring roles in both TV & Film and completed film studies at UCLA. At the same time, he ran operations for 4 years at a local nonprofit and consultancy, the Center for Collective Wisdom, where he was responsible for organizing and producing events on behalf of large-scale change initiatives in both LA and Stanislaus County.

The greatest gift of his LA experience was meeting his wife who was living across the park in Hermosa Beach and also happened to be from St. Louis. They quickly discovered they grew up in the neighborhoods next to each other in Chesterfield, and both lived on Bleecker Street in NY at the same time. Call it fate. A year into their marriage, they felt the Midwest pull, and decided to move back to their roots in the heartland. They currently live in Rock Hill and love exploring all the revitalized city neighborhoods and enjoy hiking in the county parks any chance they get.
