Trevor and Carol made the process of selling our home easy. Trevor was great at getting the word out on our home using a variety of media platforms. Their recommendations as far as staging our home really helped with the sale. Trevor and Carol were extremely responsive with any questions that we had along the way. His connections with other service professionals took all the strain off of us as the sellers. We would not hesitate to use Trevor and his team again.

Trevor and his partner Carol are outstanding agents. My significant other and I were moving from SoCal and looking to purchase a home in the Reno area. Trevor spent a great deal of time really getting to know us but nothing in Reno was quite right. He drove us out to Genoa to take a look at that part of Northern NV and we fell in love with it. The home we bought is perfect for us. The support we received was unparalleled. Buying a home is stressful but his knowledge, expertise and willingness to continually go the extra mile made it a positive and pleasant experience. I highly recommend him.

I had started my search for a home not really expecting to buy right away and I was very impressed with the fact that Trevor did not make me feel pressured either. He was there when I had questions and was on it when I decided to start viewing. His knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into our market and he helped us find a home that checked our boxes AND was near an elementary, middle school, and high school for our kids! Trevor is incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job, he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. There's only one realtor to use and that's Trevor Phillips from Chase International. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you!

Trevor and his team were nothing short of incredible throughout both our selling and buying processes. Our home was professionally photographed and had an amazing listing written up. Our home sold the day we listed it within hours, and we received multiple offers above tasking price. To top that Trevor helped us find our dream home. The bidding was ultra-competitive and the odds were stacked against our family for getting our home. Like the genius he is, Trevor suggested we write the owners of the home a personal letter detailing who we were and why this home couldn’t be more perfect. I still remember getting the phone call driving home from work and Trevor excitedly exclaiming we had gotten the house! The top notch service didn’t end there, Trevor helped us move in! From start to finish and even 2 years later, Trevor remains our close friend, sends us Christmas cards and brings us thoughtful gifts from time to time.
