Throughout the past several months, Trevor has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell my husband and I a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my husband and I questions, and helped us to make the best decision for my family. I was a renter and it has been a dream of mine to own my own home. I wanted to find the perfect neighborhood to raise my son.
I had started working with someone that was recommended by a family friend. They seemed to lack incentive, courtesy and I felt like I was treated with disregard. I then looked for someone more local and actually stumbled upon Tavaris and the Smith Hayes team. What a Godsend/blessing! I immediately felt like I could trust him with this huge life event.
I felt like Tavaris took my hand and never let go throughout the entire process. He was so very courteous, professional and really made me feel confident throughout. He made me feel like I was the most important client to him and the company.
I cannot think of one thing that they could have done to make this experience any better. It was perfect!
I will forever recommend Tavaris & the Smith Hayes team to anyone I ever meet that is looking to sell or buy.
I am a single mother without a partner to help go through this process, but Tavaris made me feel like I was not alone as he was there for me like family.

From start to finish the guys have been great I reached out to Trevor on facebook about his ad. He was quick to get back with me and even met up with me and my family, I told him we wasn't ready just yet to buy since this was our first home and just needed to know the process and what to expect. Three years later reached out to him again met up with his team Tavaris and Kerry all I can say Is we are In the house of our dreams and cannot be happier for my family and the work they put in! Thanks again Kerry for all the late calls and wisdom! Want to buy a home but don’t know where to start? Definitely give Tavaris a call, he’s very responsive and professional. Buying our first home was a breeze, thanks to Tavaris and his team they handled all the hard work. I remember when my husband saw a home late one night. We sent him an email of the home and information about it and we had an appointment to view the home the next following morning. They made sure we had what we wanted and the best of it all is we didn’t owe anything for closing cost. I’m constantly recommending family, friends and co workers. My wife and I were newly weds and had been talking about moving already. We just wasn’t sure if we would be approved or could handle a mortgage. One day my mother in law informed use that she gave a real estate agent our number. We received a call from the Smith Hayes team later and they talked us thru the home buying process and encouraged and reassured us we could own our own home soon. The realty team we was very knowledgeable and down to earth. They were there and ready for any questions we had, which was awesome. They walked us thru the whole process and showed us houses and had great reviews for the houses and understood what we wanted. We began our house adventure because our family is growing and we are tired of throwing money away. We chose to go with The Smith Hayes Team because my husband had reach out to them a few years ago and we were not ready at that time to buy but they took the time to answer our questions and didn't make us feel like we were wasting there time. We did not know if we wanted to buy an already built home or if we wanted to build. Tavaris Arrington told us from day one he would get us what we wanted. He spent several weeks showing us homes and talking to a builder he even took us to a couple properties a couple times. Ultimately we decided building in a new subdivision was what we wanted. With this reality group you not only get a realtor that is the best in the industry you also get an amazing financial team!! Our financial advisor was Kerry he told us from day one he would get us to the closing table and thats what he did! I can't say enough about how amazing this team is! Our buying experience was flawless and I can't thank Tavaris and Kerry enough for that!

We used Tavaris Arrington as our realtor when we moved from Florida up to Georgia and could not have asked for a better realtor!!! He helped us narrow down what city we were looking for and was so patient as we narrowed down and finally decided on a new construction home. Moving is stressful enough but building out of state is even more stressful but Tavaris was there every step of the way, checking on our house and sending pictures and definitely going above and beyond to help make the process so much easier. Trevor was awesome and patient. He was tasked with selling and getting us into a new home. He was able to get our home listed and under contract after 1 day on the market. Then he had to get us into a new home with our very particular idea of what we wanted. He was very patient and able to find our new home and get our closings done on back to back days. He also got us posseion of our "old" home so we could take our time getting settled in!! Such a better experience than our first time!! Wouldn't use anyone else again!!
