Trevor Waters

Trevor Waters grew up in Lawrence, Long Island, N.Y.; from there he attended Kent School, a prep school in Kent, Conn., graduating in 1969. Trevor also attended Boston University for two years, where he was the starting goalie on the freshman ice hockey team.


After moving to Melrose, Fla., Trevor started in the real estate business in 1979 with Century 21 Showcase Properties in Keystone Heights. While working for Century 21, Trevor was a five-time Centurion Award winner, which is the highest award for a sales associate with Century 21. In 1997, he opened his own real estate corporation, Trevor Waters Realty, Inc. Trevor has served the real estate needs of the community for 38 years. As the Broker and President of Trevor Waters Realty, Inc., he has had great success, which has enabled him to donate to the Keystone Youth Soccer Club Program as well as many of the Keystone Heights High School sports teams and Project Graduation. He has also contributed to the National FFA Organization, the Jaycees, Rotary Club, Garden Club of The Lakes, Melrose Woman's Club and many other community organizations over the years.

Trevor has been married to Janis for 39 years, and they have a daughter, Crystal, and two sons, Haven and Branden. All of his children graduated from Keystone Heights High School. Janis, Haven, and Branden all work as Realtors for Trevor Waters Realty, Inc. For the past 24 years, Trevor has volunteered as a coach for youth sports baseball and soccer teams in the community. He also coaches along with his son Branden the Keystone Heights High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team. He currently serves on the board of the North Florida Youth Soccer League as Secretary which schedules soccer matches in North Florida for four hundred teams. He also served as Vice President on the KRA Board before forming, in 2001, the Keystone Youth Soccer Club, a non-profit organization. He serves as President of the Club and is very passionate about youth soccer in Keystone. He feels it is a privilege and an honor to give back to the community. After 16 years with Keystone Youth Soccer Club, he loves watching his former players bring their children to play with the soccer club. Trevor feels it is extremely important to support the youth of our community.
