Trey was raised in Central Mississippi before receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration -Marketing from Mississippi State University in 1994. He moved to the Pensacola, Florida area upon graduation.
Trey lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with his amazing wife, Christy Smith Manderson, and his two sons, Carter(12) and Davis(10). Trey’s daughter, Nicole, lives in Gainesville as a student of University of Florida, and her sister, Claudia, lives in New York City, where she works as an actuary.
Trey has enjoyed a 24 plus year career selling real estate in the Greater Pensacola area. The first 18 years of Trey’s career were spent as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker on Pensacola Beach selling resort and residential properties. He activated his broker’s license and opened his own real estate company in 2016. Trey is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama. He has won numerous production and customer service awards and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the E-Pro Internet Marketing (E-PRO) designation, and has completed the core class requirements for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) curriculum and is a presently a candidate member. Trey has diversified his real estate practice to include residential and commercial sales, since opening his own company in 2016.
