Trey is very knowledgeable about all different types of housing. He is a great agent to work with. He makes his schedule available to show you houses multiple times a week and never tires when you don't find something that you like. Great for first time homebuyers
I'm a first time homebuyer in Richmond, and Trey was always very patient with my lack of knowledge and experience when it comes to buying a house. He answered all my questions. He also got me an amazing contract that included an inspection clause and an appraisal clause in a bonkers markets due to COVID. When he wasn't available to show a house, he contacted other realtors in the area to show houses I was interested in.

Excellent Communication
I really have enjoyed working with Trey and he had a lot of challenges being as I was looking for a home from the state of California. He had no issues videotaping the house and helping us with any and all details regarding our home purchase. Trey was always willing to go the extra mile. We would use Trey again as everything went very smoothly from the start to the end. In addition, Trey is still helping us out with his extensive knowledge of the Lexington area and local utility providers we needed to set up. I would recommend Trey to all of my family and friends, should they decide to purchase or sell their homes. My experience was great and very easy, Trey always answered my calls or returned them promptly with an answer. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home, Trey is the man to get it done.

Trey Is highly professional. Great communicator does a great job setting realistic expectations. If I was in the market to buy or sell a house I would not hesitate again to use Trey. He did much more than help us sell the house. He Helped us transition to a new state. He took care of a lot of the little things that many realtors would not take care of. Home Repair’s, inspections and other things that come up in the transaction.

Trey was awesome to work with! We were out of state, so it was nice to have someone we can rely on.
Trey did a wonderful job with listing our lot. I loved the aerial view video that he did instead of just pictures which don't so lots off well at all. He sent weekly view reports that were great to see. He was always available to answer questions...quick turnaround to any email I sent. He did a great job during the closing process of making sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend him.
