Tricia immediately picked up my call when I found a house that I wanted to purchase without knowing me. She met me after hours within a half hour of my call. She was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She provided contacts for vendors. I got the house and she then sold my vacant property within 24 hours. I referred her to my son for his purchase and she has made his complicated transaction less stressful.

Tricia was absolutely amazing to work with! My family was relocating to Mount Pleasant with little knowledge of the area. We immediately reached out to Tricia after viewing her previous work and great reviews. We traveled to Mount Pleasant for just one day and were able to view multiple houses. Tricia was accommodating, flexible, and very knowledgeable about Mount Pleasant and the surrounding areas.

During the house buying process, Tricia was honest, transparent, and clearly very competent. We enjoyed working with Tricia and she went above and beyond to support us and our wishes. Not only did she support us through the home buying process, but she continued to provide her expertise afterwards and helped connect us to local, trustworthy service providers. Our family is so thankful for Tricia’s work and I cannot recommend her enough!

My Sister and I decided to buy some property upnorth...we are from the Novi area....We found some properties by our parents house and called her...Tricia was SO VERY HELPFUL...even though we were trying to buy a small property, Tricia treated us like we were purchasing a million dollar home!! With time, conversations, research and a lot of patience, Tricia was able to find the perfect home for us. We started out thinking we wanted one type of home in a particular area. Tricia was honest and straight forward. She told me what needed to be done to get my house sold ASAP. Since I was out of state, that was critical as my home was now sitting vacant - over winter. Tricia took the time to stop by and check on things and take care of items that needed to be done. It must have been a week or less that I had an acceptable offer. She took care of pretty much everything and made this sale easy, I would work with her again.

My husband has a small construction company and rental property business in Mt. Pleasant and the surrounding area and has bought and sold property with other real estate companies over the years. We had been searching for a home or property in the country for ourselves in Isabella County for quite some time. Anyone familiar with real estate in our area is aware the market is pretty competitive and there are quite a few “big name” real estate companies to choose from.
We discovered Tricia Boerma and Boerma Realty when we came across a listing of hers and we are so glad we did! Our first call to her was on a weekend and she actually answered the phone on the second ring. This is unlike past experiences we have had with other large companies where we had interest in a property but never received a return call because the agent was out or our call was returned a few days later only to hear an offer was already accepted.
We strongly feel that Tricia is a rarity in the real estate business and the personalized service you will receive from her and her staff is the best around. She is hardworking and prompt and will not pressure you to just make a sale. She is extremely knowledgeable and will give you an honest appraisal of what a home may realistically be worth. She also understands that timing is critical. In the time you may be waiting for a return call from another real estate company, Tricia may have already shown you your dream home and helped you submit an offer.
We are happy to say Tricia and Boerma Realty helped us find the perfect piece of property that we closed on this month. It is our intent to build our dream home there and without any hesitation we will have Tricia and Boerma Realty list our current home this spring. Tricia and her staff are a wonderful group! We bought our starter home through Tricia and were able to close in just 10 days, very easy first home buying experience and we did not have to take care of any hard paperwork, she took care of all that for us in 2016. In Feb 2019 we chose our second home and of course, we had Tricia to represent us again. She did the research on all the homes we looked at and helped us pick one that suited all of our needs as a young family and also kept an eye on how well the homes would fare on the market in the future.
