Being first time home buyers, and a military couple moving from another state, we are very thankful we chose Tricia and her team to help us purchase our home. She spent as much time as we needed discussing, in general, how the buying process works, and what to expect from the market in Colorado Springs. When we found a house we loved, she made sure to tour it for us within 24 hours to make sure we had a chance of putting in an offer. She took plenty of photos and videos to send us (being out of state), so that we would be comfortable with our choice. She would keep in contact with us well, even late into the evening when we could not expect her to be working on our behalf. We could not have been more lucky to have Tricia as our realtor! We were first time homebuyers, and we knew very little about the process. From what we had heard, and especially in today's market, we expected the home buying process to be long, painful, and stressful. It was the opposite-we couldn't believe how easy and fun it was! Tricia is so knowledgeable and was always available whenever we had a question. I don't think we ever had to wait for than a couple minutes for a response from her! She was always honest and informative, and never pushy. Within 2 weeks of looking, we found our dream house! The house had 16 others offers in on it, and we got it!
