Tricia worked tirelessly with us for over a year. We first considered buying a house when we were moving to a new city for jobs, but ultimately we decided we should wait until our finances stabilized more. Tricia kept up with us and followed up without ever pressuring us before we were ready. She was always ready and willing to recommend other services we might need such as a lender or inspector when we weren’t sure where to go. She was also never afraid to tell us any red flags she had when we viewed a house with her. I always knew anytime I had a question I could text her and would get a response usually within minutes; she was THAT available and reliable. A wonderful realtor for a first-time home buyer, and if we ever decide to sell she would be the first person we contacted to help with that transaction.

Tricia is the absolute best! Listing my house in late 2022 right as the market was changing was stressful, but Tricia's knowledge helped me get the best price and kept my stress level down. She pointed out places that needed fix/replaced and I know that resulted in a seamless inspection. Tricia hosted several open houses and pushed my listing on social media, always keeping me informed. "First time homebuyer and constant Worrier! Tricia did a fantastic job maintaining active communication with my wife and I - whether 4 in the afternoon or midnight! Tricia was always available to answer all of our questions, making the stressful process that much easier. Since my constant state is "worried," it helped having such a reliable realtor. Tricia was extremely helpful in finding our home. She worked tirelessly sending us homes to review and taking us to walk through those homes. She worked with our schedule and even took us to walk through potential homes way after business hours. She helped us with walking through the process of being first time home buyers and was always available for our millions of questions and calls. On top of all of this she was extremely knowledgeable when we would do a home walk through letting us know what we should be looking for and pointing out any issues she saw big or small. It was so helpful having a buying agent we could trust and who wanted to find the best home for us not just to get us in a home quickly so that she could make a sale. We truly felt like Tricia cared for us and wanted to make sure we ended up in a house that we loved.

Tricia is amazing!!! We were house shopping from out of state, and she was so helpful with going to see houses with us on video. When it came time to put in an offer, she helped us put together a competitive offer, which is so important in this market. We got the first house we put an offer in on, and I have no doubt that it was because of Tricia's skill.

After we closed, we had to wait a few weeks before we could move in. Tricia was so helpful with meeting cleaners and carpet cleaners at the house to let them in.

As first time home buyers, Tricia's knowledge and skills were invaluable to us. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients!

I highly recommend Tricia. We are first time home buyers and we were approved in a very common and competitive price range. We looked at numerous houses and put in multiple offers and she remained patient and so extremely helpful. She listened to me vent and answered late night texts. As a first time buyer I could not have imagined going through the home buying process with anyone else other than Tricia. She truly makes all her clients top priority. Despite her busy schedule you will feel as though you are her only client. She is always very prompt to respond. I lost track of how many questions I had along the way and Tricia answered every single one of them. If you are looking for someone who truly listens to her clients’ wants and needs she is definitely your person. If Tricia gives her professional opinion on certain situations you can trust that she is doing so with her clients’ best interest in mind. I was one of those who went back and forth for literally a few years before Making my first purchase and she was there through it all. The closing of my home was something I don’t think would have been possible without her. The roadblocks seemed endless and when I felt like calling it quits again she was my voice of reason. This is the 5 and hopefully last house we buy(military fam so we’ve moved a lot) we’ve had quite a bit of experience with realtors and no one could compare to Tricia. Let me just say, we struck gold when we meet her. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, hard working , willing to go the extra mile(and she accumulated lots with us as we were looking at farms far from her) and definitely have your back then you must hire Tricia. She was our realtor, friend, therapist, 😳😂. She made, what could had been a very stressful experience, a much easier one. Even after selling and buying our homes, she still checks up on us, who does that anymore? Tricia does! Love our experience with her and love her. If you choose her as your realtor you won’t regret it and if you don’t, you might just wish you did😂😂. Seriously awesome experience with Tricia.
