Trish is a phenomenal realtor! We actually were not in the market for a new home but stumbled upon this house for sale around Christmas. We were connected with Trish through realtor.com and she was able to take us on a tour the same day. From the beginning we knew we could count on her. She responded to texts and emails almost instantaneously and fought tooth and nail to get us our dream home. I the matter of a week we went from not looking for a home to buying, and Trish can be credited with 100% of the "heavy lifting." She provided a step-by-step guide on when to have documents completed and things to expect. Even though we had bought a home in the past this provided so much relief and comfort to know exactly what needed to be done and when.

In listing our previous home she was even more excellent. The photographer she used and the marketing strategies resulted in an accepted offer six days following listing and the price was over asking. Even when hitting some bumps along the way she fought for us and our interests.

I honestly can't thank her enough and I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
