Troy Benes has been living in Nebraska all of his life. He grew up in the town of Brainard and graduated from East Butler High School. After high school, Troy attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with degrees in Business Administration, Management and Communication. He decided early in his college career that Real Estate was his calling, and he received his Real Estate license during his junior year of college.

Troy got started in the Real Estate business working for Home Real Estate in Lincoln while he was completing his bachelor’s degree. During his first years in Real Estate, Troy quickly became one of the top Realtors in Nebraska.
