I live 4 hrs away from the property that was sold. It seemed there was gonna be a bit of difficulty in the process. To my surprise there wasn't. Which is why I'm extremely thankful and satisfied with the way Troy handled everything. I didn't think he could get me a better deal than what I asked for. However he managed to price it even higher and it sold within a 3 weeks of posting.
