About Troy
Troy began his career as a real estate broker in 2006. Before working as a broker, he was in this industry — with positions at Stewart Title and in property management. Prior to this, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Western Washington University. Now, he works with his team in John L. Scott’s Kent North office under the Troy Kerr Real Estate Group.
His approach in real estate is centered on excellent service and truly serving as an educational resource for his clients in everything real estate related. As part of this, he invites neighbors to the open house weekend and distribute promotional postcards in the neighborhood and to his database.
His passions outside of work include scuba diving, traveling, playing basketball, fishing and boating. He also loves being in and around water, as well as camping and hiking. Troy is inspired by helping others, his kids, traveling, mentoring, tropical destinations and real estate investing!
