Troy Smith

There are many skills that are necessary to be an enormously successful Realtor. Knowledge of the market, negotiations, responsiveness and the ability to communicate are but a few. As a multiple award-winning Realtor, Troy Smith holds customer service to be paramount. A real estate transaction is a multi-layered process which requires constant and prompt communication between clients and their realtor.

Having lived in the Springfield area for approximately 25 years, he has an in-depth knowledge of the local communities and what they have to offer. As your realtor, he pledges to adopt your goals and do everything possible to ensure not only that you have a seamless transaction, but that your goals are met.

Troy has a wonderful 10-year-old daughter who attends Willard South Elementary School where her mother, his wife, is the principal. An additional member of their family is a very large Doberman Pinscher named Trooper. He hold two Bachelor Degrees from Drury University and a Master’s Degree from Missouri State University. The favorite part of Troy’s job is when clients become lifelong friends.
