We worked with Trung as our real estate agent for about 3 months and he was wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and laid-back. If there is anything wrong with the house, he will give you his expert opinion about whether to invest or walk away and/or how to rectify the problem. Trung knew what improvements would most effectively increase the market appeal of my house and connected me with competent licensed contractors that were sensitive to time and budget. Trung was patient and attentive in answering questions about the paperwork and negotiation process. His team was very knowledgeable and resourceful and we had buyers wanting to look at the house before it was even on the market.

Trung and his team are the best in the business. My sister and I sold a house in High Desert which neither of us had been in in 10 + years. The punch line is that the house sold for full asking price within 5 days of being listed, but the whole experience was painless (and I might even call it pleasant!). Trung gave us realistic advice about the Albuquerque market, the list price, and the work to do to get the house ready for the market. Trung and his team coordinated all the work -- repairs, new appliances, new carpet, staging, etc. My sister and I got updates and pictures throughout the process and never had to go to Albuquerque. Once the house was on the market we got real time information about who had looked at and immediately received their feedback. After the house went under contract Trung and his team took it from there -- coordinating inspections, follow-up repairs, and all the closing logistics. When you are selling a house remotely you really need someone you can trust.
