Understanding the deadlines, offer negotiations, and complexities of the transaction can be daunting. These are Tselane's strengths. She can assist her clients in understanding each step of the process, and negotiate the best offer on their behalf. She builds life long relationships with her clients, having learned about their families throughout the real estate process.

Tselane earned her real estate license in 2006, and since then has continued to enhance her understanding of the market, and all aspects of real estate. To this end, Tselane make education a priority, and attends over 100 hours of formal, and informal training a year. She has achieved the G.R.I., R.E.N.E., P.S.A., C.I.P.S., G.R.E.P., and A.B.R. certifications and designations. She knows that a home is often the largest purchase, and most important investment one can make in their lifetime, and believes Realtors® must be well educated to provide the level of service, and protection client deserve.

Helping others realize the dream of home ownership has always been a passion for Tselane. Growing up in a military family, her Father was an Officer in the Air Force, where she witnessed her Father purchasing investment properties as they were stationed across the country. This piqued Tselane's interest in real estate. It wasn't until she moved to Gainesville, FL where she decided to start her on investment portfolio purchasing her first property in 1998.

Based out of the Coldwell Banker office in New Tampa, FL Tselane and her company support the needs of St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital® in their quest to find a cure for children with cancer and other diseases.

Tselane is excited to help current, and future clients understand the ever-changing housing market, and make owning real estate dreams a reality.
