About Tundra

Tundra Pippens is a real estate broker and independent owner of Exit Elite Realty, instructor and certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She is widely respected by many for her determination and inspiring attitude in the real estate industry. Tundra has been in the real estate industry for almost fifteen years. She started out early in her career with a local real estate company, Realty South, and spent a number of years with D.R. Horton, a national homebuilder, where she received the Salespersons of the Year award in 2019 from the Greater Birmingham Homebuilders Association. Tundra is an advocate for personal development and higher learning. In 2018, she opened a real estate school, Tundra Pippens Real Estate School located in Hoover, Alabama. Tundra received her bachelor’s degree from Samford University. Tundra has a natural gift of inspiring others to become the best version of themselves. She has helped many real estate agents discover their talents and unlock their infinite potential. Tundra holds the CSP (Certified New Homes Specialist) designation through the National Association of Homebuilders. Tundra is a certified real estate instructor with the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Tundra is seen as an accountability partner, challenging real estate agents with how to remain positive with a winning attitude and achieve success in every area of life.

The heart of her message is deeply rooted in her faith in God. Tundra’s tenacity was built upon raising her now adult son as a single parent and refused to be defined by public assistance, but she relied on her faith in God, her motivation, and determination to transform her life. Tundra enjoys golfing, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two grandsons, Elijah and Xavier, who refers to her as GiGi.
