Thinking about selling your house? Please do yourself a favor and call Turiya!! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and attentive. Whenever something needed to be done she got it done in record time! Her advice and knowledge made it possible to sell our home very quickly and over asking price! Only on the market 7 days! Besides all of this she is wonderful to work with. Very kind and never made us feel like we were bothering her with all our questions. We highly recommend Turiya!

If I could give Turiya 10 stars I would. She is knowledgable, driven, honest, and is a joy to work with. My husband and I had no idea where to start when looking for a home and Turiya was patient to walk us through the process every step of the way. She knew the inventory inside and out and even kept her eye on off market properties to stay ahead of the game. In a market as competitive as it is today, you need someone who will go to bat for you and get the job done. She is our go to girl a hundred times over and I couldn't recommend her more!

Turiya was extremely knowledgeable, always available and friendly but low pressure. We looked for property for a while in the redwoods and eventually gave up, because in Santa Cruz county there is very little available for sale, ever. Turiya, however, kept looking, and a few months later sent us a suggestion which we took a look at just for the heck of it. It was a perfect acre in the trees, and two weeks later our offer for it was accepted. We live in the forest now, thanks to her!

Turiya sold 2 properties for me and found my new home. We went to market in September, and by January, and we moved 26 acres and over $2.3 million. The timing was tight as I was moving from one home to the next, and while I identified my new home first, she enabled me and my family to have a smooth transition without finding interim housing by working with my buyers to accommodate my timing. She was on top of the paperwork and made every piece of that as easy as possible for me. At the 11th hour, one sale nearly collapsed due to a low bank appraisal, but Turiya caught a mistake in the bank’s math and averted disaster. She was diligent about helping me show my properties, bringing her own tasteful staging pieces that integrated well with my daily living needs. She even brought me enough moving boxes to complete my packing. She helped me grow comfortable with the diversity of potential buyers and offers, managing multiple bids expertly.
