He was eager to know exactly what I wanted from a home and worked hard to send me listings that checked my boxes. He went above and beyond during the closing — even diving into the crawl space a number of times to make sure requested repairs were done properly. I could always count on him to follow up quickly and with solutions when communicating. He and his team were very reachable, reliable, and knowledgeable. They were well prepared for any situation and well connected to a great network in Huntsville. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

I've had the pleasure of working with Tyler for the past two years. During my lengthy on-again, off-again home-buying experience, Tyler was patient with me, always checking in on me to see where I was in the process, but never pressuring me to buy when I wasn't ready. He has a great sense of humor and was easy to talk to and easy to work with. As a first-time home buyer, he was able to explain the process to me so that I always understood what was happening. He was able to quickly answer any questions I had about the home-buying process and was able to put my mind at ease and allow me to enjoy finding the home that meets my needs perfectly.

Tyler was amazing throughout our entire selling process. He communicated clearly throughout each step, and kept us informed on all feedback from showings. He worked extremely hard to make sure our listing was picture perfect before going live. He was extremely easy to reach with any questions. We often called and texted weekly for updates and plans for moving forward. Tyler is knowledgeable in the reality field, so I felt very confident in our decisions he guided us through. His hard work and dedication helped us to closing during a very changing market! We will definitely use Tyler again.

I found Tyler to be uncommonly accurate in his assessments on the decisions I needed to make on listing my house for sale and later the actual sale.
His recommendations on what presell fix ups and marketing strategy and final sales price negotiations were spot on.
My house sold four days after after the listing went active and the final sales price was $40,000 over the list price.
This was my first time to sell a house and Tyler seamlessly walked me through the process.
