Tyler & Emily Tachell

Tyler grew up building homes with his dad and learned every skilled process from digging a foundation, framing and roofing down to the finest details of finish work. He became a home inspector in 2009 and has developed an extremely seasoned eye viewing each home he enters. As an independent contractor, he works with the City of Seattle, HUD and national lenders as a progress inspector for commercial residential buildings.

The immense number and variety of inspections he's completed include standard single family homes to multi family, apartment buildings and multi building complexes. His expertise and knowledge are invaluable to real estate investments.

Along for the ride (and as Tyler's ever-present support staff), Emily inevitably absorbed information and developed carpentry skills and is energized by her flair for research, investigation and negotiations.
