Tyler Monsen

Tyler Monsen’s journey weaves together a successful career in both golf and real estate. Inspired by his father during a family vacation in Hawaii, Tyler began playing golf at age 4. A high school All-American, he became the top player at Utah Valley University for two years before turning pro in 2002. Competing on the Japan PGA Tour, NGA Hooters Tour, Gateway Tour, and Canadian Tour, he also attempted to qualify for the PGA Tour, pursuing his boyhood dream.

In 2006, Tyler shifted to real estate, achieving over $50 million in sales within two years at Pulte Homes. Now, with 19 years of experience and currently with CITIEA Brokerage in Scottsdale, he leads as Area Director and rights owner of 72SOLD for Chandler and San Tan Valley. His team, The TM Realty Group, proudly serves their clients with over 75 transactions and $72 million in annual sales. Tyler’s diverse background includes roles as a Manager at the University of Phoenix and Sales Executive at Infusionsoft. Soon, he’ll bring his entrepreneurial spirit to hospitality with the opening of Taqueria Factor and Frutilandia at Revel Surf at Cannon Beach, Arizona's first full-service wave technology surf park.

Tyler holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Married to Donette since 1999, they cherish family time with their four children. Tyler is often at the baseball field supporting Max, his youngest son aiming for the 2028 MLB draft, or cheering on his daughter Reese at soccer. He plays basketball at dawn with Brady, who will soon embark on a mission in Idaho Falls, and looks forward to weekly FaceTime calls with Cole, currently serving in Washington, D.C., and set to begin his medical studies at Utah Valley University in 2024.
