Tyler has been THEE best realtor I could ever ask for! When I was going thru a divorce a couple years ago, I came to him and asked a million questions and he showed empathy and knowledge to help me thru all of it! He helped me purchase a new home and then went thru another YEAR of trying to sell our other home! When I was at my worst, he carried me thru every repair, every issue that came up. He has become a friend to me and I would recommend him to anyone! I couldn’t have done any of this without him.

Tyler worked diligently to sell my first home this summer. He was always a phone call away to answer any and all of my questions. He had beautiful photos taken of my home, had connections for affordable home repairs and even came out himself to pressure wash my home. He helped me navigate through the disheartening process of a new build with a less than honest company and realtor; throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to advocate for my best interests. I can’t say enough about Tyler’s guidance and assistance throughout the home search and buying process. He was able to help me find my very first home and I couldn’t be more happy!

He is very personable, down to earth, and won’t sugar coat anything for you. If there is something about the home you are interested in he doesn’t love, or there is something you should avoid, he will tell you!

The same goes for when he helps you find the home you are looking for- he’ll be sure to provide you with information on why it is the right choice!

Tyler has been amazing to work with. I moved out of state so he took care of everything, going above and beyond for me. He was able to get me the best deal possible for my home and was super real with me on all the pros and cons of each thing. I’ve known Tyler as an agent for a while now and he had also shown me homes before as well- I love that he’s zero pressure and easy to work with. He also helped me close on a home before as well and worked with me on my side for a builder, it was great to have him there. 100% recommend- wouldn’t use anyone else in Fort Wayne/ NEI area.

Tyler was all around a valuable asset in selling our old home and purchasing our new one. He was quick and responsive with the answers to our questions. He told us what needed done to our old home to get top dollar out of it and because of that it sold in 12 hours of listing. We didn't like many of our options when we were purchasing, so Tyler brought us the option of a new construction. He helped us all the way through the process and we now have an awesome home that fits us perfectly.
