About Tyler

Tyler Simmons is a native of Salem, Illinois, and has been a Vincennes resident for the last 15 years. Tyler is an alumnus of Vincennes University's Business Program and Construction Management program. Tyler has been in retail sales since he was 16 years old. He started in Real Estate in 2011, and has averaged over 50 closed transactions per year for the last 10 years. He has also expanded his real estate education to hold 6 designations. He is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), which only the top 3% of Real Estate Agents in the country can attain, due to its sales requirements and extensive education. Tyler is serving his 4th year, this time as Immediate Past President for the Indiana State Chapter of the Residential Real Estate Council, the board responsible for the CRS designation.

He is also an SFR and CDPE certified agent, both the top designations in the Foreclosure and Short Sale sector of real estate. Tyler has also earned his LHC, Luxury Home Consultant, one of only 5 agents in Southern Indiana with this designation. In his spare time, Tyler volunteers on the Downtown Main St. promotions board, is A mentor for the Knox County CEO program, and Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and currently sits on the founding board of the Vincennes Rotary Young Leaders. Tyler is the former owner of Vincennes Brewing Company and his wife owns Jenna's Bakehouse, both local small businesses. He also has an investment portfolio of 14 investment properties in the Knox County area. Tyler is Knox County's top listing agent, helping over 700 clients with selling or buying property in his career.
