03/19/2017 - cpswolf Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Clinton, MI. Don't let Tyler's young looks fool you, he knows what he's doing! Our house went on the market at one of the slowest times of the year, late November, but we still had showings and a great accepted offer by January. The showings, inspections, repairs to be completed, and communications between buyer and seller were all expertly coordinated by Tyler. I am more than impressed with his ability to get the job done, especially proven as he worked above and beyond expectations through a difficult closing (our fault, not his). I cannot recommend Tyler more highly than the all 5 stars offered in the rating- or I absolutely would

I would consider myself to be a challenging client - as a first-time buyer, I have changed my mind frequently about what I want (condo? house?) and about where I want to search (Ann Arbor? Saline? Chelsea?). He has given me terrific guidance without being pushy or intrusive, and has taken me to countless showings as I slowly begin to make up my mind about my purchase. I particularly appreciate his prompt responses to any inquiry that I have - in fact, I rarely wait more than 30 minutes to hear back on any question that I have (even on weekends or evenings). I've met other realtors at open houses ... somehow, few of these have the kind of personal touch that I've found with Tyler. I would say that he is exceptional in this business.

09/11/2016 - melphilpo Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Tecumseh, MI. Being new to the SE Michigan area, I was not able to select a realtor based on family or friend references. Instead I contacted a realtor randomly through Zillow after seeing a house I liked on their site. I was worried about this random selection but I'm so thankful my husband and I ended up with Tyler Stipe as our realtor! He has been on our side throughout the whole process of buying our first home. He has never rushed us in making any decisions despite him showing us 30+ homes over the past 4 months (yes, we are picky)! He's very knowledgable of the area - we have looked at houses in nearly every town in a 30mile radius of Ann Arbor. He has always seemed to give us unbiased opinions on questions we asked about specific neighborhoods or the condition a home was in. He's been very respectful of our financial limitations and never pushed us to look at anything beyond our budget. Tyler is very personable and easy going. He's a go-getter when it comes to getting his clients the best deal. He also seems to be available by text/phone/or email at all times. Thanks to Tyler, we will be closing on our first home (that we managed to get under listed price in this busy market) in just a couple weeks - it really is a dream home for us
