Tyrone’s professionalism helped me find a new home that is a good fit. His help included, but wasn’t limited to, providing tips on filtering through thousands of houses in the Portland Metro area and making himself available to walk us through houses that were of interest. Tyrone’s responsiveness via email and phone as well as accommodations to my work schedule made looking for a new home slightly less stressful. Their professional experience proved itself when, after taking care of those repairs, we listed the house and sold it two days later for more than the listed price. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible! Tyrone and Andrea were such a great help for us. We are newly weds who were renting. We knew we wanted to buy a home but we had no idea what we could get with our budget and where to even start. They went above and beyond answering all of our questions and explaining every process as it occurred which we really appreciated. Having them on our side made the process stress free and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home! We will definitely be coming back to them for our next home buying or selling needs.

We sold our home with the assistance of Tyrone and Andrea. I read all these reviews about how consistently "amazing" they are and what a "pleasure" it was to work with them. Those descriptions are an understatement. All I can say is that if you want to sell your home or buy a new one, and Team Parmelee serves the area you are interested in, you can save a LOT of time, trouble and stress and start your agent search with them. I received a call from Andrea after I looked at homes listed on their site and I knew from that conversation that she was the realtor that I wanted to help us in the process of buying our first home! Tyrone and Andrea were more than willing to answer any silly questions we had as first time home buyers. We put offers on seven different homes over our five months of looking. Although it was stressful and disappointing being rejected, it couldn't have been a simpler process with Team Parmalee! They are wonderful at negotiating, spotting issues we don't see, giving advice, writing up offers or repair addendums, and really everything else! They always did their research when showing us a home and went back to the sellers multiple times for more info we requested. We could not have done this process without Tyrone and Andrea! The companies they referred us to for mortgage loans and inspections were of the same quality, reliability, and kindness. We are so happy with the home they helped us purchase and the time we got to spend looking with them!

Andrea is always upbeat and optimistic! The biggest impression she made on me, was that she cared about us as individuals. She made herself available at the drop of hat, anytime my wife or I had a question, or wanted to see a home we were interested in. She has been great to work with, answering the many, many questions that I had along the way. She was also honest, which is not a quality found to often in the sales industry, especially real estate. She gained my trust. I wanted somebody who would look out for the best interest of my family and would work hard to negotiate a firm, but a fair deal. Oh my, where do I start. I was online out in California. She lives in Oregon. (As I'm guessing you know) Anyway, I was trying to find someone who at least cared to help. Andrea went way above and more than beyond for me. I am not a hard person to help I'm easy going. So easy that I asked for her to be my eyes ears nose and mouth. She drove to places for me. And offered different ways to help me. Oh, by the way, the whole time I never left my seat well house. Still, in California the whole time she offered to take pictures for me I said please do. Next thing I find is an email of not a few pics but over 150 and a video of the house. And she was honest with everything. Good or bad ups and downs. She is also down to earth a loving and caring mother and wife. Not to forget about Tyrone he makes fast work of the deal. They are one heck of a team. Just as the name says TEAM. Because they and yourself become as a team to work to get what you want where you want and best of all when you want what you want. They had me set within about three days and keys In my hand within a month. That's unheard of And if you've been looking for someone to help then you know what I mean. It's not easy to find a house. Then to get ahold of somebody to show it to you. I was about to pull my hair out. Just as my phone rang with a soft kind hearted voice she asked if she could help me. As if she fell into my lap and then got stuff in line online and one more person so proud to have had the luck to find team parmelee. They made it truly not even one bit bad bit all good all smiles. A very easy team to work with. Because they care they treat you like a friend. Oh and not once did they try to push me to look at something I didn't want or if I put more money in. It was a pleasure working with the Tyrone & Andrea Parmalee team to find the home we purchased in Newberg. Andrea was very thorough in asking my wife and I exactly the kind of house we were looking for and the area we wanted to live in. Andrea put together a listing of the homes we would be interested in looking at and my wife spent a morning driving around with Andrea, some were close to what we were looking for and others were not but that didn't worry Andrea she just kept looking for us. Even after we found the home we liked and then got shot down by being outbid on the home, Andrea kept looking for us. Finally, we saw a for sale by owner home in Newberg and let Andrea know that we would like to look at it. Andrea called the owner and was able to work out a deal to where the seller could be represented by Andrea and assist in showing us the home. Once my wife and I looked at the house we loved it and with Andrea's help we were able to put in an offer that was accepted by the seller and the rest is history. My wife and I are very pleased with the home and feel we have come away with a new home and two new friends with Tyrone and Andrea. We originally wanted to list for sale by owner in order to bring more profit to ourselves. We listed our home on zillow, after a week there was no action. We contact Tyrone and Andrea, had an interview and decided to list with them. Within two weeks there were multiple showings, more than one offer and the home was Sale Pending.
