After two years of ownership, I successfully sold it, leading to the development of a revenue-generating duplex that stands to this day. With 25 years of residency in Idaho and 18 years as a licensed Idaho Realtor, I have closed hundreds of real estate transactions. My leadership skills were further honed as the Star Chamber of Commerce president. I managed us out of debt and fostered community engagement through various initiatives.
