Mr. Urs worked with my husband and I very patiently for two years on our retirement house search. Because of the housing market , pandemic , etc. it took longer than expected for us to find our new dwelling, through it all Mr. Urs was most accommodating, reliable and professional and always giving us encouragement. He searched numerous towns looking for houses , apartments, condos , etc. within Fairfield and New Haven. He assisted us in renting our transitional apartment and purchasing our townhouse . Urs Klarer is a commensurate professional. Listened to our goals for selling our home. Was able to provide knowledgeable insight and a realistic assessment of the likelihood of achieving our goals. And he was spot on. Throughout the whole process, Urs was reliable, responsive and
accessible. Within 6 week we had a qualified buyer on the hook, allowing us to actually close the deal 2 1/2 months from planting the for sale sign at the end of the driveway. And he is a good guy to boot.

Urs was very responsive and flexible in accommodating the home showings that we were interested in. We must have looked at over 20 houses. He was always patient and pleasant-never pushy. That said, he was very diligent in pursuing the seller’s side as necessary to move things along. Best part- he helped negotiate the price down from the asking price. As a first time home buyer, Urs was able to guide me through the entire process without a hitch. What is normally one of the most stressful events a person can go through, Urs made buying a home absolutely painless.
His knowledge of the area/neighborhood was impressive and he always provided me with honest and clear feedback about each of the properties we looked at without ever applying any pressure to rush into a transaction.
