Since she was the agent who sold us our home in Santa Fe in 2010, we already knew Val would be the only professional to represent us. Our request this time was more challenging, because we asked her to find us a very high cash offer for our home, help us find a specific sized home in a specific area within a specific timeframe... and then to coordinate the closings of both home sales so we could pay cash on the next home.

Val knows the SF market really and was helpful in helping find our home. Not only was she really responsive, she went above and beyond to be our 'eyes'. Val went and walked through properties when we were unable to and recorded videos, sent pictures and gave valuable feedback so we can make the best decision. She also used her extensive experience with local contractors and was able to help us find trustworthy contractors to help with our move including meeting plumbers at the house when we were unable to.

She also has a contagious laugh. Val and one person in her group staged my house, so it would sell more easily. Even the closing was easy with Val.

She made a commitment to find us a home and she kept it! But not only that, she really looked out for us. Val Brier has worked with my wife and me for a year. During that time we made several trips to Santa Fe while we prepared to retire in another city and move here, and we looked almost daily on line, phoning her consistently with questions about properties. We had a very specific set of desires on our list, and Val was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful as we looked both by computer and in person. Several times, she visited a house for us and walked through with her phone on Face-time so we could see if we were interested enough to travel to Santa Fe in person to see it. In the end, we found just exactly what we were looking for and couldn't be happier. We own another small piece of property in Santa Fe and now have Val selling it for us.
