My wife and I appreciated working with Val Lemoine our realtor. He was professional and we actually closed quickly on the home that we wanted. Val guided us through the process as this was our first time buying a home, we felt that we were never alone and we understood everything that was happening and we really appreciated this. We had other realtors that we worked with before and we were in the dark most of the times and this was a stark distinction. He has great knowledge of the real estate industry, every home that we visited he would show us a great insights that helped shape our decision making. He would speak even the smallest things, and he would say I don’t know if this matters to you, but I think you should notice. Val is a fantastic negotiator. We feel like we paid exactly what we needed at the time. The housing market was really high, but we got a really good deal because of his ability to negotiate. I recommend Val for anyone who might be a first time homebuyer because the process can be a lot but you can count on him to give you constant updates. I had the pleasure of working with “Mr. Val Lemoine” as my realtor, and with no exception his team and himself were outstanding. My case was a little strange since I was at Pittsburgh and looking for a house in Atlanta. One of the standout qualities of Val was their exceptional communication skills. They were always prompt in responding to my queries, and I felt well-informed and supported at every stage. Val patiently answered all my questions, addressed any concerns I had, and provided regular updates, ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with every decision.

Val was incredible. He was a friend and advocate from before, during, and even after the purchase of my first house. Months before I was in the market to buy, he met with me and spent 3 hours explaining how real estate investing worked. He spoke to me on a regular basis over the phone helping me grow in my knowledge with the real estate world. He gave me exclusive access to his library to educate myself better. I’ve never met an agent who invested this much time with someone even before a sales transaction.
As we started looking at homes, he was extremely responsive with calls and texts. I was not left in the dark wondering where he was or whether or not he received my messages.
We closed on a home within two offers. He was able to beat out the competition, even with those with a higher offer. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is able to be the perfect middleman between homebuyer and other agents.
During the closing, he picked up 6 of my phone calls every day for a week.. DURING HIS VACATION!
After purchasing the home, there were things that came up that did not come up on the inspection report. Although the inspection company was unwilling to take ownership of their faults, Val took on the cost of inspection and returned what I paid for it. Not only that, he also stopped by house in person a few times to take a look at some concerns I had as a first time homebuyer.
Val is an agent who goes the extra mile for those who trust him to be part of their home buying journey. He’s with you from beginning to end and then even after that too!

Val Lemonine and his team did an incredible job selling my mother’s house. He walked us through the process, he made everything easy. Once we had the house ready he sent his professional photographer. When the listing went live, Val had 12 showings and several offers the first day! All offers were over the asking price. We closed swiftly at many thousands of dollars over the asking price. Val is very aggressive and a skilled negotiator but very down to earth and mellow to talk with. Val did a great job in selling my house. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process and always worked to move the deal forward.
