Valencia Simmons

Valencia is a real estate associate with Bennett Realty Solutions ("BRS"). She brings to BRS great client relationship management experience with a focus on building lasting relationships. Her attention to detail, time management and active listening skills assist her in maintaining a successful real estate career. Valencia provides her clients with a high level of commitment, accessibility, and knowledge, along with a great passion for real estate. She understands that finding a new home or selling your current one is not simply a business transaction but an emotional experience, as well. Valencia works hard to coach each client through the process, and most importantly, ensures they have some fun along the way!

Valencia grew up in Prince George's County, Maryland (Peppermill Village - Seat Pleasant/Capitol Heights) and currently resides in Bowie. She enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach, spending time with friends and family, outdoor concerts and trying out new recipes. Valencia earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of Maryland University College. She is an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Prince George's County Chapter (Secretary, 2015-16), as well as the Affordable Housing Committee and Forms Committee of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors.
