If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Valerie and her team are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and understand the nuances of this unprecedented market. Valerie helped guide us through the entire process and found our dream home! Prior to listing our condo Valerie educated us on the entire process and current trends. She helped us make smart choices for improvements that would increase our sale price and steered us from expensive renovations that would not see a return in our sale. Valerie helped us determine who would be our perfect buyer and what contingencies best fit our unique situation. She quickly broke down all of the offers (we had over 20!) And made it easy for us to determine which to take to contract. We sold well over asking and Valerie quickly switched gears to find us the perfect home to purchase. Valerie helped us create a bid that highlighted every asset we could bring to the table and even helped us notice important aspects of prospective homes that either fit our needs or would be challenges as the buyer. In addition, Valerie shared a number of reputable resources for the entire process from attorney to mortgage and inspections.
