Interesting how you can visit a place and decide you want to live there for the rest of your life. That's what happened to me. Five years ago my son, who was deployed to Iraq, asked me to come down to the beautiful area of St. Simons and find him a home. Having been a real estate agent in Ohio and his mother, I was his natural choice. After finding him a home, I realized how amazing this area is and moved down here myself. Since moving here I have found my "home". Having grown up in a small town I was used to and enjoy the close knit community and support. I have lived in different areas of the country during my life and none have felt so warm and inviting as Coastal Georgia.
