Valerie is AMAZING!

I had listed my unit for a 6 months and it wasn't working out with my realtor. So I spoke to Valerie and immediately knew she would be great. I needed someone that could actually prioritize my property and take care of the process, especially since I'm no longer in town. From the moment we connected, she was great with marketing the place, getting it staged and taking time to answer my questions. Valerie was responsive, proactive and gave me great advice throughout the process. She explained the various offers and thanks to her, I even got almost 10% more than what my previous realtor thought I could get for my place!

Without a doubt, I will work with Valerie if I buy or sell a home in the Chicago area. Valerie is damn good at this! It look less than 70 days from when I signed with her to having a check in my hand. Thank you Valerie!!!!!!!!

Valerie is such an amazing realtor! She was always so enthusiastic and super positive! She responds so fast which is awesome because I had so many questions (which she had the answers to). We looked at so many homes because I was sooo picky. She was always in my corner cheering me on and wanting the best for me. She made house hunting so much fun!
