After decided to move to Dallas, we contacted Valerie who was referred to us by our friends to find a new home that fits our purposes: good neighborhood in central Dallas and relatively new houses. We only got time for the Memorial weekend to do the house hunting. So, we hit a variety of neighborhoods and looked at a number of listings on the market including some duplexes. But we couldn't find any strong candidates. As we drove around (disappointed as we felt), we found a new build in an excellent street but still under construction (not yet on the market). Valerie reached out to the builder's agent and got hold of all the details. After the site visit, we considered this one the best candidate of all: good location, good house floor plan and high end finishes. In the following days, she helped us negotiate the sales price, arrange home inspection, and continue to monitor the construction progress. She also introduce us to a good interior designer who later helped us to select on the wall paints and future furniture arrangement. After nearly 40 days of constant communications, we successfully closed the purchase on time. We are very happy with her services and consider her very professional, personable and effective. She works hard to earn the relationship beyond just real estate transactions. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Valerie enough. A great real estate agent and an even better person. She is incredible to work with and really knows the business. We would not have been able to purchase our home without her (and I mean this quite literally, our home would have gone to a higher bidder if she wasn't there to fight for us). If you're looking to buy or sell a home then she should be your first call. You might even make a new best friend, haha.
