While Valerie didn’t represent us for our home purchase due to the location we purchased in FL, she was beyond helpful in our home buying process.
Valerie shared the Homes for Heroes program and helped us find a participating realtor in the location we were hoping to purchase.

While sharing a negative experience we encountered with the first lender we worked with, Valerie connected us with a lender she knows well, Kelsey Brahl. This connection saved us so much time and stress in our home buying experience.

Valerie is more than a realtor. She's more like family. Our journey began with us thinking we were going to buy a home already built. With faith in the process, many prayers, and Valerie not allowing us to settle or give up, she offered us an opportunity to build. We were blessed to build a brand new home, choose all of our finishings. What's unique about her is, the things I worried about became her concerns. She addressed everything that came to mind for us, and she came with answers. She's always reassuring, on top of dates and deadlines, and at the closing table, the moment was joyous and seamless. Valerie was the best person for the job, no question about it. Extremely communicative, knowledgable about all aspects of the process and an expert negotiator. Coming from Texas, I had no real way of knowing where to look here in Kingsland, but Valerie was able to perfectly describe what to look for in my new home and neighborhood. I believe the highest mark a realtor can achieve is to be asked to Represent their client again in either the selling process, or a new home purchase. Valerie did an AMAZING job as our realtor. She was very professional on all levels and ensured we were satisfied with our purchase. We utilized her for a remote build, and she exceeded our expectations! She held weekly meetings with our builder and us. She was our boots on the ground and did not have a problem advocating for our needs. Being a military spouse, she understands the difficulties during cross-country moves and treats her new build clients as if it was her own property! Valerie was wonderful and willing to do anything I needed no matter what. She stayed up late or woke up early to accommodate me since I was stationed overseas on a different time zone. She worked very hard to get me what I wanted and trust me I’m very picky and hard to please!
