Valerie Greene, Owner and Broker in Charge of Carolina Greene Realty located in Charlotte NC, is a 14-year veteran in the real estate industry. She has represented clients throughout North Carolina and South Carolina in countless real estate transactions. Valerie closed 46 transactions in 2020. As a Carolina native, seasoned real estate professional and investor, she strives daily to exceed her client’s expectations through her diligent work ethic, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to her client’s needs. She has a natural propensity for customer service, which has been pivotal in her success.


Valerie’s 18-year background in healthcare as an exercise physiologist, respiratory therapist and registered nurse illustrates her passion for helping others. Her lifelong mission has always been to help others. She is passionate about educating her buyer and seller clients on the real estate process, whether it be a first-time buyer, an experienced buyer, seller or investor. Valerie’s love of real estate came from purchasing investment properties. She realized early on that she could not change the world but assisting someone in purchasing the right property could change their world, and that is a start.


When not assisting clients, Valerie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their family, entertaining friends and traveling.
