Valerie made our condo buying experience everything we could have asked for and more. Not being from the area Valerie helped with every step of the way! Spent considerable time with us showing us different complexes and being honest with pros and cons of each place we visited. After several weeks of searching Valerie helped us land a deal on our first ever condo at the lake at a place we really wanted to be at! We worked with Valerie to make offers on several different properties. Her expertise in utilizing different contract techniques was incredibly helpful. Additionally, she was great with communication, following up and following through. She represented us as a buyer's agent and we felt she had our best interest in mind through the entire process. Valerie was incredible to work with! She stuck with me for over 18 months searching for just the right lake home - even when my "must haves" seemed a little unrealistic. She was always super responsive and willing to view whatever home I wanted to see. When we finally found the one, she was able to get us in first and quickly get our offer in and accepted! I had Valerie as my realtor in 2012, she sold my home in record time. I sense then moved away. And then I decided in 2015 to move back to Lake of the Ozarks. Well I decided to move again, I listed my home with other realtors, but I wasn’t happy or satisfied. I then contacted VALERIE Again which I should’ve done in the first place. And again she’s sold my home. I highly recommend Valerie. She gets your listing out there, she actually works on advertising and getting the word out as much as possible. We started our search at the lake just by getting in the car and driving down, we’re so glad one of the first calls we made was to Valerie Littrell. At first she was providing the exact listings we told her we were looking for, we then expanded the area and by her suggestions we had to push our budget. (Not too much, but realistic!) She guided us through the entire process and answered every question we had thrown at her. When you have 5 people making a decision to purchase a property, a) too many people to please and b) refer to statement A. We spent weeks looking at properties and finally found a few to make an offer. When I decided to look for a second home at Lake of the Ozarks, I feel I was fortunate to have chosen Valerie Littrell and her Sales Associate Lora Elliott. I immediately felt comfortable with the way they went about helping me. I could tell they genuinely wanted to find the right home for me, not just sell something. Having never owned a lake home, I relied on their knowledge of the lake to guide me toward the property that suited me and my family. We looked at over 25 homes in various areas of the Lake and I was able to find the perfect lakefront home for us! From the looking to understanding the contract, to the home inspection and even the financing Valerie & Lora were thoughtful, consistent and professional. They recommended a local lender early on in the looking process and we were able to close even sooner than originally anticipated. I am writing this letter to tell you how pleased we are with the services provided to us in our recent search for a home in Osage Beach. My husband had just received a transfer with his company and we had only a short time to find and buy a home and move from Pueblo, CO to Missouri. We were a bit overwhelmed. My husband Steve began his search through Trulia and he took a chance and called the Realtor on a particular listing. It just happened to be Valerie Littrell, the best first call he ever made. She turned out to be just what we needed in a Realtor! We made an appointment to meet on June 24, beforehand sending Valerie a list of homes and she had some suggestions of her own too. We looked hard; for 2 full days. Valerie showed us a lot of homes and also showed us all around the Lake area. She was full of information about all the different communities and life at the Lake. After looking at many homes, we were just not finding “the” right house for us. I was getting discouraged. But Valerie did not give up. She worked tirelessly, taking us where ever we wanted to look; finally, we found just the right one! I think Valerie was just as thrilled as we were! After making an offer, she followed up, using her knowledge and experience to get us just the right deal on our new house. Well, needless to say, the whole experience went off without a hitch and we had the keys to our new property in hand on August 2. I think Steve’s company was pretty surprised that it took just a little over a month for us to be back in Missouri and Steve began serving his new territory in record time.
