Valerie was a pleasure to work with. Nobody worked harder or more thoroughly to help us negotiate the purchase of our new home. It was a complicated transaction with many issues arising out of the inspection process which resulted in a significant price concession from the seller. Through it all, Valerie was responsive, professional and determined to get us the result we wanted to complete the transaction. When we began our search for a home in the Coachella Valley, we had a very long list of requirements, a fluctuating timeframe, and a specific area we wanted to live in. Layered on top of that was a pandemic and a housing market with very little inventory, which made finding the perfect house a real challenge.

Thankfully, we had Valerie on our team.

From my first interaction with Valerie, she provided so much useful information about specific areas and communities that would be a good fit for our needs. She tirelessly showed us homes (online, by video call, and in-person) for over six months. Even though we could not be there for many of these showings, we felt Valerie understood what we were looking for and we trusted her input. When the perfect house for us became available, Valerie's skilled and personal approach helped us win the house even though we were not the highest offer!

Finding and buying a property while out of state, during Covid crisis, could have been super frustrating and challenging. Thank goodness we connected with Valerie, who made it absolutely painless AND fun. Valerie did a great job asking the right questions and listening to what was important to us. She provided details regarding the neighborhoods and areas. Because we didn’t know the area very well, this input was invaluable. When ‘the one’ was listed, Valerie immediately got to work to help us make a winning offer. She gave great advice regarding structuring the offer and helped us negotiate with the Sellers in a positive and professional way. We beat several other offers and are beyond excited and feel we found exactly the right house for us. The Sellers commented one reason they selected our offer was the positive communication (credit to Valerie!) Once we got to the inspection, Valerie changed her schedule to be in town and to participate. The fact she wanted to be there in person. Nice!!! We could not be more pleased with Valerie’s service. We have bought and sold quite a few homes over the years and this was by far one of the most professional and positive experiences we’ve had. We will use Valerie again in a heartbeat!
