Val is unlike anyone else. She takes the time to get to know you a bit & what your wants/needs are from a home and then finds you said home. Within 30 minutes she had me a deal on a home in my desired neighborhood. She networks so well, that she has so many connections, and that’s the type of realtor you need in this market. As in any house issues came up but she got them taken care of and it was an AS IS sale! She’s amazing

Val was amazing she helped my family end a 3 year cycle in 3 months. I had a great experience with Valerie as my agent!!
She did an amazing job, when she tells you that they can get things done she gets it done. We had a hard time in the beginning with our search and had to take a break with our search so I can get a lot of things in order & Valerie did not give up as my agent & stayed strong as we got this deal done. Not many agents will deal with taking a break on a search but she did and this was the end result. I’m now in my new home enjoying it very much. Chris at allied mortgage along with their team are amazing as well. So that all being said, please don’t hesitate on Valerie as your agent. Selling (and buying) is a huge endeavor. But doing it during a pandemic is challenging to say the least. We interviewed realtors and chose Valerie to represent our home and us. Valerie was excellent when it came to communication. She kept us informed about all viewings and open houses. When the offers started coming in she was able to walk us thru the negotiations and put us in contact with an excellent lawyer to help us with further negotiations.
