Since commencing her commercial real estate career in California in 1981, Valerie Schumann has shown herself to be astute in understanding solutions for property owners, tenants and sellers. Valerie's energy and insight are assets to her clients and the community - from wining awards for her work in "Repurposing Buildings" in Stockton, California, where she was a significant force in the 1990s transitioning the Miracle Mile area from a virtual ghost town into a vibrant retail area with her completion of 35 new leases and sale transactions, (including her development of The El Dorado Brewing Company), to brokering the first commercial deal in the distinctive Brookside Master Planned Community: an 8 Acre, 80,000 square foot build to suit project for the State Compensation Fund, and later the 40,000 square foot AAA Insurance building.

Now specializing in commercial properties on the North Coast of Oregon, many of her past and current clients would agree with Valerie's assessment of herself as the "Queen of Creative Deals." Valerie's vision and ability to see property solutions for clients prove to be valuable in these times of lending and occupancy challenges.
