Val helped us achieve our dream! While we are still putting the finishing touches on the home she worked hard to help us buy she also helped us sell our home of 30 years. We ran into a few hurdles with the sale but Val helped us through by being the liaison between us and the buyers (and I might add in the middle of a family crisis).

Valerie was awesome to work with! She was patient with me, calmed my nerves, and explained things to me. She made buying a house less stressful definitely for a new home buyer! It is hard finding a realtor that really listens to what you are truly looking for. You can tell that she loves helping people and loves her job. Super personable, upbeat attitude, and professional.
She was quick to respond to our questions and worked hard to calm our concerns.
Her hours are flexible to accommodate her clients' needs.
Also, she has a wide reach...our home sat on the market FSBO for a few months. Once she took over, she had it sold 4 days later.

Where to start? Val has mastered the ability to be so professional, yet show so much humility, authenticity, the right dose of keeping it real, and with all the humor in the world. We reached out to another realtor to show a house but she was out on leave due to a surgery and sent another realtor who ended up being Val, while at the showing we asked if she could keep a eye out for any houses in our price range, location and yard size and she did! I was getting listings from her about once a week and she sent one that I actually told her no about but went back and gave it a second look and my husband and I fell in love. It wasn’t a easy for her and she had some hardballs thrown her way but she was amazing and professional. I called her a few times in tears due to unexpected unnecessary issues and she would talk me down and say I have good a feeling this is all going to work out how it’s suppose too and it did! We also used Val to sell our house and she sold it after 3 days on the market! I highly recommend her. Her personality is up beat but straight to the point. She isn’t going to lead you on or lie she’s going to tell you how it is and I love that about her. We hope to never have to sell and buy again but if we do we are definitely using her always!

Over the years my husband and I have worked with at least 20 agents, Val is by far the best agent that we have ever worked with. We were even able to purchase homes from out of state because Val took the time to go and video every unit that we asked of her. She was very detailed and made sure that we were able to see everything that we needed. Val makes everything easy to understand and lists out all information about the houses in clear ways.
