VAN BILLINGS started his real estate career in Ithaca, NY in 1977 and obtained his NY Broker's License in only two years. In 1980 he also obtained a CT Broker's license, qualifying him to do business in both Connecticut and New York. He has sold well in excess of 250 Million Dollars worth of Real Estate, placing him in the top 1% of all agents nation wide. He has been a guest speaker at the international convention for RE/MAX where he taught thousands of top agents how to increase their business. After owning 5 very successful real estate offices and working with national franchises, he moved to Dolgeville, NY. Recently made the call to Van Billings Real estate to sell our house. Ashley and I are so glad we did! Brittany Serrow walked us through the step by step process in an honest and respectful manner. She made every step of the sale, as well as looking for a new home stress free. If we had a question she answered it within minutes even during the weekend. I feel that selling and buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in your life, and communication is key. The team at Billings was on the ball with communication .
