About Vance

After graduating from the University of North Carolina, Vance Young joined the Merrill Lynch team as a licensed financial consultant. In 1988, Vance pursued a lifelong dream of moving to Wilmington and joined the emerging team at Landfall, a gated 2,200 acre community located on the Intracoastal Waterway within biking distance of Wrightsville Beach. In March of 2000, Vance joined the sales team of Intracoastal Realty. With over 400 agents Intracoastal is the area's market leader- particularly in the high end markets of Landfall, Figure Eight and Wrightsville Beach. Vance and his team are consistently recognized as the area's leading real estate group in terms of production.
